Seatbelt Enforcement
Periodically
throughout the year, the Sheriff schedules road checks and patrols on
seatbelt enforcement
with grants from Traffic Safety on Seatbelt Enforcement. The Sheriff
also
participates in all buckle-up campaigns to increase the use of
seatbelts
curtailing death and injury to a large degree in Steuben County.
