Each year the Staff of the Steuben County 911 Department awards the Best of the Best in Our Field. The employees vote who on the 911 Team should be named Supervising Dispatcher of the Year, Dispatcher of the Year, Administrative Staff Person of the Year. The team also reviews incidents to determine if any incidents meet the requirements for the Lifesaving Award and the Stork Award.
