Established in 1990, the CRC offers information and assistance, as well as emotional and educational support for those who are caregivers on a full time, part time, long-term or short-term basis. The resources of the Rochester Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association are available through  these support groups. Counseling Individual counseling, as well as family meetings, are available  to assist with the many challenges of caregiving  and supporting those who are aging. back to top Library Located within the CRC in the Bath office, this caregiver library offers books, videotapes, and reference materials available to the public on loan basis.  Call the CRC for an up-to-date list of holdings. Counseling information and referrals can make addressing this, many-times difficult issue, easier for older drivers and concerned citizens. Click here for more information. back to top Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Program The Caregiver Resource Center offers support, learning seminars, and intergenerational programs for grandparents (and relatives raising relatives). A resource guide is available to assist relative caregivers with financial, legal and medical issues.
