This bell was donated by the Hornell Fire Department in memory of Robert Parks, who was known as Car 95, and was a dedicated Deputy Fire Coordinator for many years in Steuben County. It was procured by the Corning Area Fire Chiefs Association to be used as a Funeral Bell and is being housed at the Office of Emergency Services.
