The multidisciplinary team consists of a BILT Coordinator, Staff Social Worker, Certified Alcohol/Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), CASAC Assistant, Social Work Assistant (Disability Specialist), Domestic Violence Liaison, Homeless Intervention Specialist, and a Housing Case Manager (STEHP). In addition, the BILT Program provides assistance with SSI/SSD applications and appeals, community education, and the coordination of community services.
